Do I need to upload my videos to my cards on my own?

Nope! If you choose one of our end-to-end card services, you only need to know how to record your own video. Then, when placing your order, we will guide you on how to upload your video to our site and we take care of the rest!

What happens to my video after my order is completed?

Once an order is shipped, we permanently delete your videos from our servers. We know you value your privacy and we don't want our hard drives filling up anyways!

Do CaptureCards employees view my videos?

In order to ensure the video is in the proper format and is an appropriate file size, we need to preview our customers' videos. We also will make sure the video plays on each card during testing.

 

Do you share customer information or videos to third parties?

Absolutely not. We never sell users' data and have no intention of sharing your personal videos with anyone outside your recipient list.

Are there video length and resolution limits?

Yes, each product will list the maximum allowed video file size and the resolution of the embedded video screen.

Are MemryCards rechargeable?

Yes! Each card has a micro-USB port on the bottom to allow for recharging so your personal video can be watched again and again.
